Pursue Peace

Romans 12:18 instructs, "If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men." You cannot control others, but you can control your response.

Forgive Freely

Colossians 3:13 calls believers to forbear and forgive one another. Holding grudges damages your own heart and witness.

Some conflicts require mediation or a supervisor. Seeking help is wisdom, not weakness.
